Docket No. 216-2023-CV-00220 ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS Plaintiff PC Connection, Inc. (“Connection”) brought this action against Defendants Brok-Alan Woodward-Griffith (“Griffith”) and Data Center Warehouse, LLC (“DCW”) requesting preliminary and permanent injunctive relief as well as damages. In response, Griffith brought counterclaims and cross-claims. The case arises out of alleged violations of non-solicitation and non-disclosure covenants in Griffith’s employment agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) with Connection.
