ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTIONS TO SUPPRESS
LYNN, C.J. The defendant, George Daaboul, is charged with one count of using a computer on-line service to solicit a person he believed to be a child under age 16 to engage in sexual activity, in violation of RSA 649-B:4 (2007). Presently before the court are the defendant’s two motions to suppress. The court conducted a hearing on these motions on March 31 and April 8, 2008. The court concludes that the motions must be granted in part and denied in part.
