Lamoureux ORDER In this motor vehicle personal injury case, the plaintiff, Caroline McMullen (“McMullen”) sued Donald L. Lamoureux (“Donald”), in connection with a motor vehicle incident that occurred in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on December 20, 2005. McMullen instituted suit on September 4, 2008. The driver in the incident in question, however, was not Donald but his wife of many years, Amelia Lamoureux (“Amelia”).
