ORDER
Plaintiff has asserted a right to a jury trial. The Defendants assert that the Plaintiff John Meehan, (“Meehan”) has either waived his right to jury trial or is not entitled to a jury trial in the circumstances of this case. For the reasons stated in this Order, the Court finds that the Plaintiff is not entitled to a jury trial, and that the case shall proceed as a bench trial. 1
