No. 2017-CV-1332 ORDER Plaintiffs have filed a Motion to Compel discovery in this matter, seeking emails between Defendant Jay Gould (“Gould”) and Flatbread Inc.’s (“Flatbread”) CFO, Annabelle Cocchiaro (“Cocchiaro”), it’s President, Jason Lyons (“Lyons”), and it’s Restaurant Consultant Shawn Joyce (“Joyce”). The parties have not disputed Meehan’s request for production of the emails up to the date suit was filed, November 15, 2017, but Plaintiff John Meehan (“Meehan”) seeks production of emails through March 30, 2019.
