(“FirstLight”) arising out of FirstLight’s termination of the parties’ contract. Plaintiff’s amended complaint alleges a claim for breach of contract. Defendant filed a counterclaim for breach of contract. The Court held a nine-day jury trial beginning on September 25, 2023.
