Agr 1001 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Agr 1001.01 Purpose. These rules implement the procedures of the department
of agriculture, markets and food pursuant to RSA 426:1 et seq., and
provide standards of quality for farm products which are to be met for the use
of the state of New Hampshire seal of quality design in connection with the
sale of those farm products.
