#12573, effective 7-14-18, readopted with amendments Chapter Ed 1300 titled
“Alternative Education Programs” and Chapter Ed 1400 titled “Career and
Technical Education” and renumbered them as a single Chapter 1300 titled
“Alternative Education and Regional Career and Technical Education.” Document #12573 made extensive changes to the
wording, format, and numbering of the rules within the former Chapter Ed 1300
and Chapter Ed 1400.
