PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Env-A 3101.01 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter
is to establish a process whereby sources may generate and use discrete
emissions reductions ("DERs") for compliance with certain volatile
organic compounds ("VOCs") and nitrogen oxides ("NOx") requirements,
while complying with all other applicable requirements of the Act, RSA 125-C,
RSA 125-J, the New Hampshire Rules Governing the Control of Air Pollution,
permits, and orders.
