PURPOSE
Env-A
3501.01 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish emission
standards for existing small remote, small, medium, and large
hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators (HMIWI) for purposes of
implementing sections 111(d) and 129 of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et
seq.
