PART Env-A 4101  PURPOSE, SCOPE, REFERENCES, AND EXEMPTIONS

 

          Env-A 4101.01  Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to implement RSA 125-C:6, XVII and RSA 485:16-c relative to limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by requiring reductions in the VOC content of consumer products.<
