PART Fors 101  PURPOSE AND SCOPE

 

Fors 101.01  Purpose and Scope.  The rules of this title implement the statutory responsibilities of the New Hampshire board of licensure for foresters created by RSA 310-A:100 and shall be binding upon every licensed forester and person practicing forestry for compensation.
