PART Ins 2001  LICENSURE OF MEDICAL UTILIZATION REVIEW ENTITIES

          Ins 2001.01  Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to implement RSA 420-E wherein the general court has provided for the licensure of medical utilization review entities, oversight by the state of the procedures used by such entities, and a requirement that such entities adhere to prescri
