Chapter 800. CHAPTER Mec 800

Agency: Mechanical Licensing Board (formerly Saf-Mec). (See 2021, 91:82, effective 7-1-21, which amended RSA 153:27-a. The Mechanical Licensing Board was transferred from being a unit within the Division of Fire Safety of the Department of Safety to a unit within the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. The rules numbered “Saf-Mec” will eventually be renumbered as "Mec")

PART Mec 801  GENERAL RULES

 

         Mec 801.01  Purpose.

 

         (a)  The purpose of these rules is to:

 

(1)  Establish procedures and guidelines for the voluntary water treatment certification of water treatment technicians in New Hampshire;
