REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, APPLICATIONS AND FEES
Mtec 301.01 Definitions. The following terms shall have the meaning
indicated when used in this chapter:
(a) “Access” means the permission, liberty, or
ability to enter, approach, or pass to and from a place or to approach or
communicate with a person or thing; and the freedom or ability to obtain or
make use of something;
