CHAPTER Plc 2100 ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) PROGRAM FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING

PART Plc 2101  PURPOSE; APPLICABILITY

 

          Plc 2101.01  Purpose.  The purpose of this chapter is to implement RSA 310:6, II and RSA 205-D:3, V by providing:

 

          (a)  Fair and effective recourse for consumers relative to installation standards; and

 

          (b)  A dispute resolution program for the timely resolution of disputes between
