PART Puc 2601  PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY

 

          Puc 2601.01  Purpose.  The purpose of Puc 2600, pursuant to RSA 125-O:8, II and 125-O:23, is to provide for the administration of the greenhouse gas emissions reduction fund.
