Agency: Commissioner, Department of Safety (Pursuant to 1995, 226:5, effective 8-13-95, the Commissioner has authority to adopt all rules of the Department except for rules of the Mechanical Licensing Board in the Division of Fire Safety.)

          Document #9211, effective 7-21-08, adopted Saf-C 414 entitled “Rental Agent Registrations.”  Document #9211 also renumbered, but did not readopt, existing rule Saf-C 414 entitled “Assisted Lake Protection” as Saf-C 415, and existing rule Saf-C 415 entitled “Refusal of Consent” as Saf-C 416.
