          Document #13815, effective 12-1-23, adopted Chapter Saf-C 4000, titled “Northern Boarder Alliance Program”, as an interim rule to implement RSA 21-P:69 and RSA 21-P:70 which established the Northern Border Alliance Program and the Northern Border Alliance Fund pursuant to 2023, 79:477, effective 7-1-23.
