PART Saf-C 5801  PURPOSE AND SCOPE

 

          Saf-C 5801.01  Statement of Intent.  The purpose of these rules is to implement a roadside heavy-duty diesel emissions testing program mandated by the New Hampshire Legislature as part 1998 NH Laws 207.  The law was passed pursuant to the State’s agreement with the Federal Environmental Protection
