PART Saf-C 6701  PURPOSE

 

          Saf-C 6701.01  Purpose.  The purpose of these rules is to establish procedures for the dissemination of information contained in the DNA database regarding samples collected pursuant to RSA 651-C and for the expungement of records contained in the DNA database.
