PART 7601  PURPOSE AND SCOPE

 

          Saf-C 7601.01  Purpose.  The purpose of these rules is to implement within the state of New Hampshire the “National Incident Management System (NIMS)” as the standardized all-hazard incident command system in accordance with RSA 21-P:52.
