RSA 100-A:19-f Ordinary Disability Retirement.

Notwithstanding the creditable service requirements set forth in RSA 100-A:6, any member in service who has creditable service in both group I and group II with at least 10 years combined creditable service may be retired on an ordinary disability retirement allowance as provided in RSA 100-A:6, I(a) or II(a), subject to all applicable provisions of RSA 100-A:6.
