RSA 100-A:35 Merger of New Hampshire Teachers' Retirement System.

Effective July 1, 1973, the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system, as provided by RSA 192, shall be merged into and become a part of the New Hampshire retirement system. All retired members and beneficiaries who are receiving or are eligible to receive benefits under RSA 192 shall receive the same benefits from the New Hampshire retirement system, but in accordance with the payment provisions and restrictions of the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system. All assets and liabilities under the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system. The regulations and provisions of the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system shall hereby be considered a part of the regulations and provisions of the New Hampshire retirement system for
