RSA 126-K:16 Definitions.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 126-K - YOUTH ACCESS TO AND USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS

In this subdivision:
I. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the department of health and human services.
II. "Department" means the department of health and human services.
III. [Repealed.]
