Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTHChapter: 137-L - NEW HAMPSHIRE POLST REGISTRY ACT
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require an individual to have a POLST or to require a health professional to authorize or execute a POLST. A POLST may be revoked at any time by the patient.
