RSA 143:19 Enforcement of Requirements.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 143 - SANITARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD
The department of health and human services and local boards of health shall be charged with the enforcement hereof.
