RSA 149-M:5 Administration and Enforcement.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 149-M - SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
The department shall administer and enforce this chapter. The department is hereby named as the state agency for planning and regulating solid waste management.
