RSA 151:3-d Verification of Medical Technician Registration.

Every facility administrator, or designee, for any health care facility licensed under this chapter shall verify with the board of registration of medical technicians established under RSA 328-I:2, prior to employing a medical technician, as defined in RSA 328-I:1, VI, that such medical technician is registered with the board.
