RSA 151-A:2 Nursing Home Administrator License Required.

No nursing home in the state may operate unless it is under the supervision of an administrator who holds a currently valid nursing home administrator's license and registration issued pursuant to this chapter. No person shall practice or offer to practice nursing home administration in this state or use any title, sign, card or device to indicate that such person is a nursing home administrator unless such person is duly licensed and registered as a nursing home administrator as required by this chapter. However, nothing in this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter shall be construed to require an applicant for a license as a nursing home administrator who is certified by a recognized church or religious denomination which teaches reliance on spiritual means alone for healing
