Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 157-B - ELEVATORS AND ACCESSIBILITY LIFTS
The commissioner shall charge $100 per hour, with a minimum charge of $100, for inspections performed by employees of the department of labor.
