Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFAREChapter: 157-B - ELEVATORS AND ACCESSIBILITY LIFTS
An elevator inspector holding a mechanic's license under this chapter shall not make any repairs as a result of an annual inspection which such inspector performed.
