Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 161-C - ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN
Pursuant to the department's responsibilities, the commissioner shall have the power to subpoena any financial or other information needed to establish, modify, or enforce a support order.
