RSA 167:2-c Crossing Picket Lines Not Required.

Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 167 - PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
If any person receiving assistance under this chapter or RSA 161 is physically able to work, he shall not be required by the state or any of its political subdivisions to cross any lawful picket line in connection with any strike, lock-out, or labor dispute to apply for a job.
