Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 169-A - INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES
The term "delinquent juvenile" as used in the interstate compact on juveniles shall include a delinquent as defined in RSA 169-B:2, IV.
