RSA 172:7 Assignment of Functions.

Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 172 - NEW HAMPSHIRE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES SYSTEM
The commissioner may assign the functions provided for in this chapter to the staff of the department as the commissioner deems appropriate.
