RSA 179:27 Restrictions on Serving and Congregating of Patrons.
Title: XIII - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Chapter: 179 - ENFORCEMENT, REQUIREMENTS AND PENALTIES
I. Liquor and beverages may be served to patrons in on-premises establishments while seated at tables or booths, at the bar, seated at drink rails, or while standing at the bar or drink rails.
II. No beverages or liquor shall be served or consumed in foyers, hallways, kitchens, or other areas not approved for service by the commission.
III. Stages or designated performing areas and areas designated for entertainers may be approved areas of service.
IV. Notwithstanding paragraphs I and II, a hotel guest may purchase an alcoholic beverage, or bottle of wine, at a hotel lounge, as described in RSA 178:22, V(k) or hotel full-service restaurants as described in RSA 178:21, II(b) and may carry the alcoholic beverage or partially consumed bottle of wine from the lounge or
