Title: XIII - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESChapter: 180 - BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENTS
Subject to the provisions of RSA 180:6, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or prohibit voluntary good faith settlements of disputes entered into between the parties.
