Title: XVII - HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENTChapter: 204-C - HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY
The authority shall review each request for assistance under this subdivision to objectively determine whether such request is primarily for a public purpose and benefit in accordance with RSA 204-C:20.
