Chapter: 209 - GAME BIRDS; PIGEONS
I. No person shall hunt, capture, kill, take, possess, buy or sell any migratory game bird or part thereof, except during such time and in such manner and numbers as may be prescribed by regulations promulgated under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, an act of Congress approved July 3, 1918, which regulations are hereby made a part of the game law of the state.
II. No person who has attained the age of 16 years shall take any migratory waterfowl (brant, wild ducks, geese and swans) unless at the time of such taking he or she has on their person an unexpired federal migratory bird stamp (commonly called a duck stamp) validated by his or her signature written across the face of said stamp in ink, or confirmation, including digital confirmation, of a current and valid electronic mig
