RSA 211:17-a Ice Fishing.

Title: XVIII - FISH AND GAME Chapter: 211 - FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS

I. Any person owning or placing a smelt shanty or bob-house on the ice for the purpose of ice fishing shall mark clearly on the outside of the door of said structure the owner's name and address. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this paragraph shall be guilty of a violation, and his hunting and fishing privileges may be suspended for a period of 30 days.
II. Any owner of a smelt shanty or bob-house who shall allow the structure to remain on public property or public waters or on the property of another without permission after April 1 shall be guilty of a violation, and such owner's fishing license shall be suspended for one year.
