RSA 211:53 Sale Prohibited.

Title: XVIII - FISH AND GAME Chapter: 211 - FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS
No person shall at any time sell or take for sale oysters from the waters under the jurisdiction of the state, except as provided for in RSA 211:62-e.
