RSA 211:8 Obstructions.

Title: XVIII - FISH AND GAME Chapter: 211 - FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS
No person shall, by means of rack, screen, weir or other obstruction, in any stream or river, or the inlet or outlet of a public pond, prevent the passage of fish except as provided in RSA 211:8-c.
