RSA 239-A:6 Exemption From Regulation.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 239-A - GREATER DERRY-SALEM COOPERATIVE ALLIANCE FOR REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION (CART)
With the exception of insurance and safety requirements, CART shall not be regulated by the New Hampshire public utilities commission.
