RSA 243:56 Accidents.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 243 - FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS
The commissioner shall require notification and reports of all accidents happening on all railroads in the state and shall investigate the causes of such accidents.
