RSA 244:8 Power of Court.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 244 - RAILROAD TRUSTEES AND HOLDING COMPANIES
The superior court shall have summary power to make all orders and decrees necessary to carry such trusts into effect.
