RSA 247:13 Penalty.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 247 - RAILROAD TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS, BAGGAGE AND FREIGHT
If a railroad violates the provisions of RSA 247:12, it shall be guilty of a felony.
