RSA 259:66-a Next of Kin.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 259 - WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED
"Next of kin" shall mean the spouse, child, parent, stepparent, sibling, or legal guardian of the individual in question.
