RSA 259:75 Personal Recognizance.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 259 - WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED
"Personal recognizance" shall mean a signed agreement by an arrested motorist that he will comply with the terms of the citation served upon him at the time of arrest.
