RSA 263:70 Prohibition on Issuance of New License.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 263 - DRIVERS' LICENSES
No new license or certificate shall be issued by the department to any person convicted of a violation of RSA 265:79 until after 60 days from the date of final conviction.
